Description

• Hydraulic mini power pack for mounting on horizontal loading docks. This hydraulic unit can replace already installed hydraulic equipment in various logistics platforms and can be perfectly installed in new horizontal loading dock installations.
  This hydraulic mini power pack is designed for horizontal loading docks equipped with a single effect cylinder that raises/lowers the platform and a single or double acting cylinder to open/close the lip of the flap.
  The platform cylinder must be single effect and the hydraulic cylinder of the lip can be single or double acting.
  It allows regulation of the lowering speed of the main cylinder for control of the lowering of the loading dock platform.
  Hydraulic pump flow rate: 5 liters/minute.
  Safety valve pressure: 120 bar.
  Tank size: 5 liters.
  Solenoid valve: Normally Closed with 24V AC 50Hz (default option).
  Also available with 24V DC coil (upon request).
  Electric motor: 1.5 HP 220/380V 50Hz.
  Mini power pack layout/mounting: Horizontal.
  Step-by-step process operation:
  1- To raise the platform and open the lip: Activate motor and solenoid valve.
  2- To lower the platform onto the truck: Do not activate motor and keep solenoid valve activated.
  3- To raise the platform and close the lip: Activate motor and solenoid valve.
  4- To raise the platform and open the lip: Do not activate motor and keep solenoid valve activated.
